Is your CV production ready? Wednesday 1st December, 10.30am, online
Thinking about a career in film and TV? Are you just starting out or maybe you’re considering a career change? Ever fancied working on a regional network TV drama like ITV’s Vera, or on the set of a major feature film somewhere a little more exotic? There’s no better time to get in the industry than right now, with huge investment coming to the North East, including the BBC’s £25million commitment to the region.
Is your CV production savvy?
Now is the time to edit, update and tailor your CV for that dream production job. This workshop will focus on how to construct and tailor a CV that’s right for your role and each job application – what vital information to include, as well as what not to do. It’s a must for those looking to work in the film and TV industry.
This masterclass will be run by our NFM Crew and Academy Coordinator, Katie Strachan. Katie has over 10 years extensive industry experience working in production and her work at NFM involves overseeing all job opportunities and forging strong relationships with production companies.
This will be an interactive session, and we invite you to have your camera and microphone on if you feel comfortable with that.
Afterwards we will be offering 1-2-1 CV surgery sessions with Katie for those that have attended this event, so sign up now.
We will send a Zoom meeting link, via email, 24 hours before the event.
