Stills – Edinburgh
Stills opened in 1977 as Scotland’s first gallery specialising in contemporary photography and provides support for artists’ practice through residencies, provision of facilities, supportive critique and presentation; curate and exhibit photography and lens based art for public access in a engaging and critical, enlightening and accessible way.

Metal – Liverpool
Metal was founded in London in 2002 by Jude Kelly OBE. It has been active in Liverpool since 2004, in Southend-on-Sea since 2007 and in Peterborough since 2012. From these bases, Metal works to provide the catalyst that can transform the potential of people and places, exploring the impact of art and artists’ practices on civic and civil society. Metal produces a multidisciplinary programme of international and UK artists in residence and runs a wide range of events, exhibitions and participatory projects.

BALTIC + The NewBridge Project – NewcastleGateshead
BALTIC Centre for Contemporary art + The NewBridge Project are working together to host two artists.

BALTIC is a major international centre for contemporary art situated on the south bank of the River Tyne in Gateshead.

The NewBridge Project is a studio community and project space supporting artists and enabling critically engaged new work.

Chapter – Cardiff
Chapter is an ambitious, multi-artform cultural space based in Cardiff, Wales that presents and produces international visual art, performance and film alongside a dynamic social space. Chapter was one of the first art centres in the UK, and now, more than 40 years since it first opened its doors, welcomes 800,000 visitors a year. It is dedicated to developing contemporary culture, nurturing independent voices and providing public access to the arts. It is a meeting place for ideas and innovation creating an international platform in an open, local context.
