The Production Guild - Post Production Co-ordinator Training

A one week intensive course from The Production Guild designed to provide the knowledge and skills needed to make the move to Post Production Co-ordinator and build a long term career in the UK film industry.

Led by Post Production Supervisor Gisela Evert, you will review the whole post production process gaining a full understanding of the deliverables of film, learning to ascertain and monitor the progress. The cost of this week long course is £300 + VAT + booking fee. (Without significant financial support from Creative Skillset the cost of this training would be over £2500). Funding for travel and accommodation is also available for those living outside of Greater London.

The course will cover topics including:

  • Overview of the role of Post Production Co-ordinator
  • Post Production Co-ordinator vs Post Production Supervisor
  • Explanation of Post Production Process
  • Contract law
  • Other responsibilities including: travel, ADR and tracking costs

The course is aimed at those already working in the industry and interested in a career in Post Production. The Production Guild are keen to hear from people who have taken time out of their career to apply to help develop their skills and confidence.

When: 10am -2pm, Monday 7 December - Friday 11 December
