Terms: Full time
Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 plus generous incentive scheme
Northern Film & Media (NFM) is the North East’s creative agency, working with the region’s film and TV sector, digital content companies and professional digital arts businesses providing a range of business support, one-to-one advice, events and seminars, talent development initiatives, mentoring and market access backed up with a production service attracting incoming TV and film projects to generate inward investment. Since its formation NFM have leveraged nearly £100m investment in the region’s creative industries and backed over 800 creative projects and companies.
We are now at an exciting and challenging point in our development. The funding structures for our work are changing significantly, particularly with the uncertainty surrounding European Structural Funds as a result of the EU referendum and Brexit. As a result we have recently undertaken a review of our business and are now implementing ambitions to make our organisation more entrepreneurial, broaden our funding and income generation portfolio, building on our success and reputation as a key regional and national industry specialist, positioning ourselves to take advantage of new opportunities regionally and nationally.
