Digital Vision Workshop for the Cultural Sector

Indigo Multimedia are offering free workshops for cultural organisations who wish to develop their team’s creative ideas for digitally engaging their audiences of tomorrow.

Led by Andrew Graney, Director of Indigo Multimedia and Caroline Greener, audience engagement specialist with seven years experience developing and delivering marketing and training for the cultural sector, the workshop lasts two hours and should involve the whole team. Workshop contents:1. An overview of key Digital Marketing trends based on inspirational case studies and the latest industry research (30 mins) – topics covered include social media, websites and mobile technologies2. A Creative Idea Generation (CIG) workshop (90 mins) which focuses on answering the question: In what ways can we use Digital to achieve the vision and aims of our organisation?3. Return on Time toolkit, designed to help you make the best use of your time and to evaluate the impact of your efforts

Workshop outcomes:• A more knowledgeable, digitally savvy team• An interested, invested team who believe in the value of digital engagement• CIG uses imaginative strategies to unlock and stimulate fresh thinking within participants in order to achieve innovation and generate authentic ownership of the results. The process is highly democratic, with participants generating, clustering, evaluating and action-planning their ideas together. The results of the session will be a number of ‘worked up’ actionable ideas which were democratically created, evaluated and refined by participants.
