In this workshop Dave Eccles from Numiko will work with the participants to apply an audience centric approach to planning multiplatform projects. He will work with you to help structure your approaches to potential funders, demonstrate how to create a 'brand' around your content and how to create visually striking campaigns for your digital film projects.
Dave is a founding partner and Numiko’s Strategy Director. Over the past decade, Dave has grown the business into a multi-award-winning team who work with the BBC, Channel 4, Disney, NSPCC, Cancer Research UK and NESTA.
Dave works closely with clients to develop strategies for how they can communicate more effectively online to inspire, excite and build loyalty with their audiences. He leads the user centred design process to deliver creative and inspiring websites that surprise and delight audiences.
Dave sits on various national panels relating to digital media, from the PACT Industry Advisory Board, to the government’s Sector Skills Council for Creative Media. He has judged various awards for the British Council and has a strong interest in helping develop the UK’s digital sector.
This event is open to all, but it sits within the Crete Innovate initiative, in which four filmmakers are supported to explore the commercial and creative potential of their feature film story worlds online. For more about the producers' journeys red their blog posts here.
