Gavin Williams, award-winning writer of the upcoming feature AWAIT FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS (starring David Bradley of OUR FRIENDS IN THE NORTH and GAME OF THRONES), will be delivering a series of six seminars on writing for film and TV in April and May. (Please note that this event is not organised by Northern Film & Media; bookings must be made directly with Gavin, as directed below.)
Using clips, discussion, and practical exercises the classes will take you through the craft of writing effective dialogue, world-building, shaping dramatic scenes, and approaching the film and television industry. Although these sessions are a follow-on to Gavin's successful INTRODUCTION TO SCREENWRITING course all writers of any experience levels are welcome.
