Get it Seen: Festival Strategies for Short Film

Guest speaker Katie McCullough from Festival Formula will outline the traditional life cycle of the short film, flag up key festivals and how you choose which one is right for your work. Katie will also go through how to approach a festival and what materials you should bring. This will be followed by a Q&A with Peter Taylor, Director of the Berwick Film & Media Arts Festival and programme advisor for International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) who will outline how film festivals approach programming new work and how artists and filmmakers can get on their radar.

This session is open to up to 50 filmmakers and is part of  The Artist's Cut events programme.
