Conversations is a day of informal and participatory discussions and screenings of illustrative clips exploring film and art in David Lynch’s practice. Looking also at the influence of Lynch’s interdisciplinarity on contemporary artists and filmmakers, Conversations is timed to coincide with the David Lynch Naming exhibition at mima and is part of Northern Film & Media and mima's strand Painting in perpetual Motion: Art, Film, TV and David Lynch.
